Technically not legal, there are a few expensive places on the net doing them, Brettski's nova has them

use them as show wheels. Get a pro to do them, worth paying for imo.

Sticking out would be illegal.
Its what I have heard through chatting to people, its something about the way they are made and how they stick out
alot of forums have started threads about this and it has always ended with them being illegal

See banded wheels all the time at shows but never seen them on a car driving down the road
