Yer mike size is spot on really for the money and they are hard to find here also (although i would like it bigger but that means more ££) Its about the same size as a good double, roughly 4 1/2 meters by 5 1/2 meters or 270 square feet i think. I looked at another of a similar size but for £300 a month!

I pay £100 a month for this and my electric is on a coin meter so i know exactly how much im using WIN!

Bloody hell thats a proper winner! The smallest anywhere near to me is a 524sq ft @ £310 +vat +rates a month!!

All I wanna is build my bloody Corsa, break a few Jap motors & repair some salvage

nice place, and gud work aswell,
i just got something along the same lines, its slightly bigger than a double garage and down a back street (which put me off slightly) but the thing that made me take it was the fact its got a 15ft long 6ft deep pit

Made a good job of that, but seeing that makes me glad I live in the backend of nowhere!

I still find it hard sometimes to get out and do a bit to the cars, and I only have to walk a few yards, never mind drive!!

That looks mint now, is there nothing you cant turn your hand to

Although how strong the mdf section of the door is going to be after a few rainfalls, id be tempted to replace it with metal if youre getting expensive 'stuffs' in there

Yer i know what you mean mate once you see the finished pics of the door (when im up there and its actually light outside) it looks better and i have a pre owned sheet of 2mm steel 4ftx12ft ish to go over the front of the door to help protect/ re enforce it.
