    Default 1.2 loom

    i have taken all wires of my 1.2 engine but where the ecu is 3 wires runing back into dash do i just cut these to get the loom out ? so i can start to put my c20ne loom in. or trace back ??

    ok, take the glovebox out, get the ecu, cut all the wires off both plugs and pull the wires out into the bay. you will have 4-5 clock feed wires and a few perms. you can tape the perms up as they arnt needed. then use the sensor ones on the corrresponding colours on the new engine loom.

    yeah as rob said dont cut the wires from the bay side as youll be left with a big mess and headache (I know as this is what I did for my e16se conversion)
