    10 year ago they were seen as pretty rapid, there still quick but most decent hot hatchs will nail them now a days, and probly most diesels !!

    But alot wont be 150bhp now due to wear most will be round 135-140 mark unless theyve been rebuilt but as rich said there fast but not as quick as some new stuff.

    Thing about XEs that they're all different, I've had 4 and non of them felt the same

    Nova XE is not slow btw, do you want me to make a list of the cars I've embarrassed?
