Default Not bothering to declare your mods?

Then expect your insurer not to bother with your cover

Judging by that report, it was only wheels, suspension, and the odd body mod as well

Insurers can cancel youre insurance even if you have extra gauges inside the car, even if they dont give any bhp its still considered modified!
1.6 16v's are the way forward!

A lad i know had his Ka'k crashed into by another driver, and the insurance assessor tried to argue that because it had a local cruise sites url stickers in the quarter windows they classed as exterior decorations/modifications and as the car was actually standard and declared as such they came under the category of window tints and tried to invalidate his insurance and therfore put blame onto him

there is no point in declaring mods...aslong as the police rnt gonna do u for having no insurace. in the long run if you crash or sumthing what is the likely chance of an insurer bailing you out...? serious question!

same as fronting, if the insurance company can prove it then you wont get paid out. if the insurance company are looking at a multi million pound payout (easilly achieavable now days with personal injury payout/scams) then im sure a few thousand on an investigation could be worth it

personnally insurance should be the main thing you get absolutley above board - i havent in the past and have both got away with it and been stung by it
