Hayley rang them up (as I was too irate, and I'm useless on the phone )

First time round, we got to #2 on the queue and they cut us off. Rang back and bitched at the guy on the phone, asked to speak to a manager, who was busy but would ring us back as soon as she was finished with her current call. That was over half hour ago and no phonecall

Apparently its not up to them to inform us of any delay, as we are "not their customer, the phone shop is". So they supposedly contacted the phone shop to say there was no delivery today... according to their tracking logs though, that would have been half 8 at night! Bit late by then!

I refuse to take time off for couriers; just not worth it!

RM have been 'sorry' for 'missing me' quite a lot over the last few weeks despite someone being in pretty much at all times.

i just get stuff delivered to my workplace...... i would suggest that if it ever does turn up, sign it as unchecked, or packaging damaged or similar, then stick a claim in, followed by eBaying the replacement.

I used to get stuff delivered to work but as it's public sector if for some reason it doesn't make it into our departmental post area straight away it ****ing disappears into the ether and re-appears days later

They won't accept that, if you sign and take the parcel they won't honour a claim. So I'm planning on spending a good 5-10 minutes unwrapping the package and carefully checking over the contents whilst the delivery guy is stood on my doorstep. They wasted my time, I'll waste theirs

UPS played a blinder with us last Xmas..

They 'delivered' about £200 worth of gear from Australia, into a neighbour's green bin..

They didn't leave a card with us OR the neighbour..

The driver also forged my signature as though he'd delivered the parcel..

Because there were no cards left, the parcel remained undetected on the Monday..

On the Tuesday the green bins were (you're ahead of me here, I can tell) EMPTIED!

£200 of gear flattened and sent for recycling..

About twenty phone calls and a full investigation and a suspension or two later, we got a new load of gear delivered from OZ..

Just the sort of stress you need with your kids' gear the week before Xmas..

    Bloody couriers, eh???

Apprently "delivery attempted". ORLY? My mum has been at home all morning and no deliveries have appeared, no cards in the door, etc.

I'm not wasting another day off work, but I'll finish early at 3pm and if its not home by then I'm giving them a nice pleasant phone call to ask bloody well where is my parcel and why the fcuk can a "delivery" company not deliver a simple parcel 30 miles up the road
