age? location? its all relative.
iam 24 live in blackpool car is garaged 3000 miles a year dont do that though.
i would say that sounds about right from what i've seen before. insurance is high at the moment.
Seems 'the norm'
Its about time we all started saying fook you to the high prices.... mind you its also about time the insurance folks said fook you to personal injury claims!
ok cheers yeah tell me about it its going up as i get older instead of goin down

be careful with flux, cheap quotes but sh*t cover. might just of been with me though, failed to payout on something that wasn't my fault. but just a heads up
Not just you; I've read bad stories from others too. My sister had issues when she was insured with them as well and had a small bump.
£700 for 2.0 8v Nova at 24 is probably more than I'd want to pay tbh, but I guess a blackpool postcode won't be top rated and lack of NCB lets you down a bit. I'm assuming clean license too.
Totally agree, but the only way to get round it is to sell the car and buy one you can insure for 10p - but how many kids would do that?! You've only got to look in this very forum to see 17-20 year olds paying £2-3000 to insure that SR or even a 1.0.Originally Posted by Stuart

Too right, fair enough my license isn't clean but insurance from 17-20 year olds has risen 57% this year, i got a quote on my first car out of interest, basically as if i'd just got my license as and when i first insured it.. it was 1208 at first, and now its 2114 (without the deposit)Originally Posted by Jack
