    same as, a really dilute shampoo solution in an old trigger spray bottle. I use it when machine polishing aswell.

    bought meguires clay bar. very easy to use and impressed with the results after using it and autoglym sure resin polish and finishing of with meguires carnauba wax

    im got a ag clay bar when i worked as a valeter was imprssed with it but i ended up doing a mates bmw with it

    I rate all the AG stuff but heard meguiars is good too

    yea mg is good stuff the auto glym bumper gel is sh*t though

    some shampoos can break the clay

    for clay, look at megiuars detailer range, bilt hamber or dodo juice

    best not to use water either, its not as 'slippery', a quick detailer or a clay lube will be better
