just updating the project guys. i naw have the engine out and have my nova completely useless haha. the whole car will be getting re-sprayed in afew days.meanwhile i can get on with the engine.

Reviving my build thread, probably already seen these pictures but wanting to carry the thread on.
An o-ring in the fuel pump had perished thus wasn't creating a seal for the diaphragm unit. A new ring later and she fires up perfectly.
Near MOT time so just sorting little jobs out. Throttle cable needs replacing, driver's indicator lens, check brake are fine, all bushes etc. P/S window washer jet just broke, urgh so need one of those.
Non urgent things like parcel shelf straps are needed and front bumper needs repainting.
