no spark on the c20let

well dom came down today with his mk1 astra c20let (i cum in my pants!) and we tried every thing we all could think of
swapped the coil's over from the astra to the nova
tested the nova one on the astra
and also tested the ecu from the nova on the astra
everything is fine
so we suspect the loom is buggered some were
as its like there isnt a live getting anywere atall
so going to try source a new loom thats not been cut with a decent length of loom left with the 3 plugs so i can make a plug and play loom up
so if anyone knows of a loom going or has one drop me a pm

yer got it to the yellow/brown (iirc thats the one) but its to the right one
but no light is coming on
im in two minds to whether the ecu is getting any power or not
as i would have thought it would be on if it was powered

If the ECU is not getting any power, the EML will not appear at all. It should glow when ign is turned on.

right after my stupidity
iv connected the live feed up and now have eml/choke light and power to the relay ecu etc
but still no starting
iv snapped the end of the king led but boged it on to try get it to fire but thats not happening
i put a plug lead on the coil with a plug in and got a faint spark and a big jolt up my arm so there must be some sort of power getting to it
but not any spark as such
iv got 2 set of leads coming (8mm blue ones and champion set)
so il try them when they come but anyone got any idea what it could be..?
