    I doubt it will be more than 10 amps fella, 2.0mm cable would be more than man enough

    I'd like to believe that but why is it recommended you use two accesories relays then, when they are good to nearly thirty amps?

    You sure about that?

    Heated screens are something that usually pull a LOT of amps.

    Id use timed relays too so it switches off automatically.

    And at a guess id say that the screen would pull 30-40A

    A wiring diagram for timed relays would be great if anyone has one

    ill speak to my lectricain see if he can knock one up

    mine will be wired up regards to a timer, probs 5 mins on approx

    thats not far out ampage wise adam

    Thats the same as 5 kettles?

    Or 2 electyric showers?

    I seriously doubt a little creen pulls 30amps, look at the wire thickness, 40amps would melt the bugger!

    You use relays. a, for the timing, b, to keep the heat out of the dash, and c, as you can use a tiny switch in the dash, no a hoofing big thing.

    Mine will be wirer up via a timming relay to the cav rear screen button.

    Yeah, thats the best way through a relay, and you cant forget to turn it off
