Looking very good mate. Love the engine bay!! and love that other GSI rep
Thanks for the comments. At the moment I’m only going to finish the engine bay then later this year maybe I’m going to spray the whole rest of the car.

Heq hmmm
Nice progress, all seems to going well. I do like the blue rocker cover, very nice.
Nothing wrong with big batteries
looking like a very good project mate but i do hope you change those wheels.
Exactly what I was thinking. Remember kids, shells don't rust as quick in warm and sunny countries as they do in rain soaked places such as the ones we live in.Originally Posted by SRimon
Perhaps a bit OT - when I visited Tunesia back in 1979 (yes I'm that old) there were numerous Peugeot 403's around being used as taxi. I reckon they're still around now, perhaps with a recon engine but otherwise still fine. Same in Portugal, in the early 80's they were running ancient Mercedes-Benz 190's (the round model from the 1950's) as taxi's. Amazing! /OT.
Luke, very nice car you have there mate - white cars are great to work on. Engine bay looks spotless. Enjoy!
