thanks guys well iv booked myself in at my local gp for half 5 tonight, think its for the best any sudden movements or if i stand up quick i get a boomin headache and ill ive managed to eat is ice cream as iv bitten half the insde of my mouth away

concussion fractured cheek bone and cream to stop whats left of the inside of my mouth getting infected, my mum made my favourite tea before sausage peas chips and gravy and i was crying trying to eat it (not actuall crying by the way)
