    Question forged rods (x16xe)

just got my block back last week after having new pistons 0.5 oversize and bored out.

but am now thinking of getting forged rods as iv seen and heard these engine throwing a rod.

does anyone know where i can get after market rods to fit standard pistons?

    and how much?

if its still mainly a road car, then not particularly high revs..
if its mainly for track duties, then tend to be bigger revs
