    Thumbs down Brake-dust

I paid for a set of suspension for £50 including postage on the 13/11/09 via Paypal. To this day I still have not recieved the item. He was replying to my PM's, he said the parcel got damaged in carrier and was sent back to him on the 27/11/09. He apologised for the delay and offered a full refund but i said if the suspension is fine then just send it again. Only the box was damaged so he sent it straight out last post 6pm 27/11/09. I have now sent him 2 PM's, 1 on the 3/12/09 and another on the 7/12/09 but still no reply and i know he has been online.

im clearly not getting your pm's mate, replied to your pm yesturday with a tracking number and the nessesary details, best thing to do is drop me a txt (dont call as im driving all day) and i'll txt you the details you need, when i pass my place about 3pm. 07846554939

sorry about the delay and i will re-fund the £6 postage it cost me as the delivery time is not acceptable.

Ban? for what exactly, no rules have been broken, simply stated if he wasnt happy with brake-dusts service, that he could have the suspension ive got for the same price! but obviously from the above post it was a misunderstanding between the two.

not like i said anything against either of them so whats your problem?

Still no nearer to getting this situation resolved. I got given a tracking number that comes back to April this year and delivered to another town/city in another name. I told John it was the wrong one and he said it works for him, so i said if it works for you then where is the parcel located at the moment then? .... I got no response via text and 3 texts later, still no reply. I tried to ring him previous to this but fails to pick up the phone. I have been waiting a month now and im getting very bored and very agitated with him and this situation.
