    hi can any 1 tell me whats the best way 2 tune a corsa gsi engine?

    inlet box and 4 branch are a must, really good gains of up tp 17bhp.

    Here is mine with the Mantzel inlet. There is similar aftermarket inlets on eGay though.

    i can see you have removed the heating for the throttle body. do you see any difference after that? or you have it this way ever since you fitted the mantzel?
    did you make any changes to the ecu?

    The heating side of the throttle isn't needed on the nova, well not IMO anyway. The ecu is still the standard unit.

    not really needed in most climates anyway since in frozen places the engine needs to get hot to help anyway lmao

    Yeah, you definately dont need the water piping to the throttle body! Ours has been fine for 9 years since we fitted our Mantzel air box!
    1.6 16v's are the way forward!

    Difficult takes a day - impossible takes a week!
