Default Carb fuel tank ok for injection?

Just picked up a C14SE for my mates Nova which has a carb engine, just wondering if we can use the carb fuel tank or if we need to get an injection one?

with low fuel & hard cornering, the efi pump can run dry or just suck crap up the pipe.... it will work, but it is better to have an efi tank.

You will need to keep the tank over half full, else the engine will get starved on fuel on long bends etc

Most people say that an spi tank with mk3 astra mpi in-tank pump is ok but it didn't work for my mate's c14se, he tried a few of these pumps in his spi tank and had fuel starvation issues under normal condtions, ended up buying a gsi tank with swirl pot and that cured the problem
