    What have you done? Lapped valves/new stem seals? Wont need running in just take it easy for a few miles once its all back together and running.

    here is my spec

    E16SE bored to 1650cc
    courtney sport CS15 head with oversized inlet valves an ported and polished
    piper rally cam
    pipercams vernier pulley
    twin weber 40 DCOE carbs
    irmscher inlet manifold
    piper x trupet socks
    ARP conrod bolts
    filter king fuel presure regulator
    facet silvertop fuel pump
    braided fuel lines
    4 into 1 manifold

    if the cam is new, then it needs running in exactly how the manufacturer says, then do the first 1000 miles at 3000rpm or less, then if it is running ok, increase the revving a bit....
