Here's my mates 1988 Nova 1.6 carb. Currently a bare shell but will be rebuilt this weekend as we are going for an all day/night job on it!
and two MK1's together, 2.0 16v SR which is being used for the engine and various other bits into an F reg and the 1.6 from above

It's running on a Gaz GHA kit with coilovers on the front and a shock/ spring setup on the rear. Rear springs are -80mm although I think they may be a tad lower (more like 90mm). No sure how low it is on the front, just wound the coilys down until the car was level.
