Ok, so i tested these today. Joined up the brown (earths) and the blacks (live) to a 12v supply. Got the indicator lights, handbrake and EM lights come on...



..so i either fail at electrics (well, i already now that ) or they are fooked?

when you power all the blacks and browns it runs the test sequence on the lcd bit and no bottom warning lamps come on

Eh? So how come the bottom lights came on then and no LCD display? Or does it take time?? Oh, and i connected all wires, i.e browns and blacks with stripes.

do you not have to do the same thing on the other plug? i though one plug was for the idicators etc and the other plug was for the LCD display?

edit: never mind my plugs were seperate when i got mine, yours arent so you must of done all the wires together sorry my bad

I've joined all the wires from both plugs.

yeah i didnt think you had then i had another look and realised

only thing i can think of is try the plugs seperate because i did this with mine and only the bottom lights came on i split them and then the LCD bit worked.

Matt Brown was first to enquire about the dash complete, so to be fair i will offer him first refusal.

Connect up the dash again and look closly at it, if you can see any movment then it will be the blubs and not the LCD display.

And il add that brand new blubs from vauxhall are about £5 each.
