I will try to pop down to. Brands and get that passenger ride
Circumstance & perpetual development combined with frequent evictions
Let us know when you're at Snetterton, I'll pop down if not busy.

All you boys are always welcome!!!!
OK so Rockingham's tyre temperature measurement was an eye opener. Front wasn't perfect, but rear was not good at all.
The jack picture on the previous page shows my temperature measurements - for the outside tyre that I was leaning on (Rockingham is an anticlockwise circuit so RH rear) the temperature was 38C inside, 47C middle and outside. I'm told the ideal is 10 degrees between inside and outside, with the inside hotter. e.g. 45 inside, 40 middle, 35 outside.
To combat this I've added some camber shims - totally guessed what I'll need but it's a starting point.
For those of you that have used these shims all the below will be obvious but for those that haven't, here's a few pics.
Current camber on the rear, a shade over 0 degrees. Slightly more on the passenger side but that'll be standard Nova geometry tolerances
5.75200K is the part number we need, which contains one shim and instructions
I've gone for maximum camber (1.5 degrees negative) and no toe adjustment, which according to the chart is '20-20' - this means we line up the inside and outside rings, with 20 facing upwards
Camber adjustment demonstration
Use the chart to cut out some sections to fit the stub axle - for some reason they have different diagrams for Corsa A and C despite them being the layout - I used the Corsa C pattern (Pattern B)
Which fits perfectly on the Nova axle
The rear is now approx 1.5 degrees negative. Again, little more on passenger side but that'll suit most clockwise circuits
Just booked on for the 6th, my mate is there in his Audi TT spaceframe after a two year build ,first time on circuit if it goes as good as it looks it will be rapid
Yessssssssss. Good man.
I can't wait ,it was almost a year since the last outing at Bedford ,I will have to try to remind myself how to drive it
Skims look good. Nice way to correct the tyre temps.
Plus..... Camber YO.
