Can't beat a low bucket - You make me wanna drop my seat rails down futher, think I could go as far as the tube onto the floorpan!
The floor is about 4" from the ground, it couldn't happen; I guess if you were doing extremes you could half the tubes length ways & seam them to the floor!
They look better.
All I wanted was a Pepsi, just one PepsiFar from suicidalStill I get them tendenciesBringing back them memories
That I really miss when I reminisce
That replica tailgate is amazing
When you take a mould of a re-mould of a re-mould, the end part actually ends up substantially smaller then the genuine original.
Thats why loads of replica grp panels never fit very well.
I think a lot of the tailgate fitment issues are due to the fibreglass skins bring thciker than the pressed steel. Then bolting on standard hinges pushes it out way too far.
It was evident everything was a bit thicker when the rear screen was going in. Was a bit of a pain.
It looks the part now I have tickled the hinges. You'd not notice it is fibreglass.
Thanks for the comments all. The rails could go lower with substantial floor modifications.
First outing of the year did not go well. The engine went all unbalanced and won't go into gear so suspect the clutch cover plate has eaten itself again.
