Cheers for the heads up I'll look into them. Assume they have a linkage setup same as an F20 and almost a direct fit? I'll try and research fitting and ratios!

Yeah everything from your F20 will go straight on the daewoo box

They came with 3.9 and 4.1 final drive

Im running on 256 too, and only use the car on hillclimb events but enought to say that these brakes are too small under a hard driving with an XE, with the 1.6 L the 256 are good brakes even under pressure, but with the 2.0 weight...... Im thinking on upgrade to 288 V6 brakes or something similar.

So after the recent trackday and a bit of pondering on the brake setup, these 280mm Wilwood Dynalites cropped up for sale so I picked them up at PV show. Two pairs of Wilwood discs, braided brake lines and a set of Greenstuff, Yellowstuff and DS3000 pads included.



Nice calipers and brackets to bolt straight up to a Vauxhall knuckle:



Poxy ATEs behind the wheels:



256mm vs my new 280mm discs. Please ignore my poor attempt to clean them up, the camera makes it look horrendous!



Wilwood calipers and brackets weigh in at a measly 1.9kg!



Wasted no time in boshing them on:



Braided lines are a little long but glad they were included as I'm not sure if I could use a standard banjo bolt with them? Had to cable tie them to the strut to stop them moving about and scrubbing.



Much better looking now:



Been out and bedded in the Greenstuff pads to a used set of discs, they seem to stop quite well. They have a longer pedal compared to the ATE's, but I guess they're pushing 8 pistons in total instead of two.

Going to have the spare set of discs skimmed and bed in the DS3000s with them to see how they feel.
