Rockingham international sports circuit today with House.

It looked like it was going to be wet, so I tickled the wet wheels with a bit more orange on the inside to tidy them up:

But they weren't needed! After the sighting laps went straight to slicks and didn't look back.

The yellow sticker is my sound test pass, which amazingly was 82dB. That's down from 97dB and 3 silencers, that Acousta-Fil is great stuff. I had bought a 'Decibel Devil' just incase but didn't need it.

I took an infra-red thermometer with me and got some good info after some quick laps. These are the tyre temps on all tyres, inside middle and outside. From this I am going to add some camber to the rear wheels. as the one I lean on was colder by a long way on the inside (9 degrees colder on inside at 38 degrees opposed to 47 on the outside edge)

Fairly poor shot of the car in the pit garage

You can actually go cable gear change straight on top of that box; you will need to make a mounting bracket however for the F20

Bit of in-car footage. I've upgraded my kit to a Hero 4 Silver, extra battery pack and official WiFi remote. Cracking bit of kit, now records in 1080p (although that hasn't appeared on YT for some reason), and can turn on the camera and start the recording from a button on the rollcage.

Only uploaded a lap, but it contains all the key points. Bit of sideways action, bit of braking wiggle that we both suffered from and shows how evenly matched the cars are.

All we do is have fun!! I was in complete stitches following Iain go sideways!!

We're reasonably evenly matched, sure Iain would have the edge in combat though!!

    Bullet points.

    Great driving,
    Nice looking track,
House's seem to lock that n/s/r wheel up well,
    Looks alot of fun.
