take a look at his rear arches again

only thing you have to keep in mind is to check yore tyre pressure. with a low pressure you can drive on the side/wall of the tyre.

i had no problems with 175/50/14 on a 7j wheel.

    i know guys running 195 on a 9j wheel

OK, looking at it again there is a flair to the rear, but if the ride height was lifted slightly, said flair wouldn't be needed.

Mayhem is probably the best to ask, those crazy foreigners all run wide ass wheels with silly offsets and stretched rubber

Stretched tyres are all good for a show car but would not recommend them for road use.

    195 45 13's on a 10J Rim ftw!

Even so, putting an 185 on a 6J rim wont do anything, even a 165 as mayhem said still wont be nothing dramatic, but why do you want stretched tyres anyway?

    This is a 165/50 15 on a 6J rim

The J has nothing to do with the width, it refers to the style of lip on the rim of the wheel that the tyre bead sits against.

Wheel sizes are expressed as AAxBBC where AA is the diameter, BB is the width, and C is the lip code (B, D, J, JJ, JK or P)- for example, 15x6.5J is a 15" wheel, 6.5" wide with lip style J.

You have to match tyres to the lip code - a JK tyre won't fit onto a D wheel. However, for a normal road car, most modern wheels and tyres will be J code.

Uber stretch looks gay. Tyre in arch and rim sticking out looks toss and is dangerous.
