Well Although i "have" some insurance i just have to say this has not been as easy as i was hoping, i took the policy out the 8th of this month, then went off to Spain on holiday expecting to have the docs waiting for my when i returned two weeks later.

Not so, i got back and nothing had come, so rang them up and finally they arrived today, Ive not been home all day to return and find out that NOT ALL of my modifications have been listed that i disclosed, so now i think the premium will go up, and also my phone number is some totally random made up one on the insurance certificate!

Ahhh! I'm i ever going to get an easy time with this god dam car!

RANT OVER.

EDIT: Spoke to them just everything can be sorted and amended, no extra coast on premium!

Im in a similar situation, documents were being sent out 1st class that night apparently (Tues), so i expected them Thurs at the latest.
Aint received anything yet, and if they dont arrive i wont be at pv with no tax......

Was rang by them twice after arranging it with Ollie through PM (work got in the way) and eventually got back to them when I had a free 15 minutes, very helpful on the phone even though they couldn't cover me (passed last year, they need 2)

Was very impressed with the service/understanding and will definitely be calling them next year to see if they can beat whatever HIC offer me. Which was their, correct, reccomendation for the cheapest company to try after them!
