ask adam (moderator) i pm'd him regarding it, was surprised he wasn't banned for it tbh. sent cash in sept last year, contacted adam in october. contacted him (ben) regarding it a few times and no reply or refund. i'll pm you more accurate details
i would of made a trip to his house as these things are easier to sort face to face.
have you tried using the online small cliams court? im in the prosess with someone off here that has done the same thing to me!

its easy google hmc online claims it is easy if you have proof!
costs £25 but when there found to be in the wrong they will have to pay costs ect!
my claiment is still being a to**er so i can now send in the baliffs or sieze some of his property or car!! i hate robbing bast**ds!!
it will also give them a ccj which is aint great if applying for credit ect!
