Not sure tbh, I only use the Rainsports when its wet, so the wear on them is uber minimal
When its damp/dry/hot I'm on 888s
Still mega happy with how much I've had out of them, definately my favourite road legal wet tyre... however after speaking to some of the stock hatch drivers at the weekend, they ride on Dunlop S9 Wets, but these are not road legal
Sadly no report / Videos from me on Brands but it was £125 per car inc 1 driver ~ open pit for the day. A friend's car without cam mount so didn't bother. Nor did I take any pics of the selection of 2L novas there ~ 4 white, 1 orange which broke in the last hour.
Chewed the fat with him early in the morning he was claiming some big HP figures yet still ran the standard exhaust manifold. The chassis on it wasn't without pitch either; I've seen less roll in a bakery. The other novas were on the pace but seemed to shy away from running correct offset wheels for some reason.
Wider offset, i.e out of the arches or thinner offset?
Yeah some fairly nasty TSW action was present complete with abused arches.
I'll be honest with you the standard wasn't what some might deem 'show caliber'. But that said it did look like they'd had a few Kalibers before going out lapping as they did.
ahhh I see, the bad kind of deviating from standard offset, as in cluelessly Wider offset would push the wheels out further effectively shortening the wheelbase (same effect) which makes it twitchier/turn on a 6 pence ! TSW action doesn't really imply the consideration
WELL IT SHOULD DAMMIT!
Not sure if any TSW wheels came in a higher offset than et38..?
if you do oulton park , ill come down and watch/work in garage for you
If you do Riggy, you'll want a track car straight after
