    Default Roller painting...

I know its easily doable with stuff like Rust-o-leum as per the VW 80/90 guys, but I dont really have 4weeks to let the thing dry off .

Is it possible to roller 2pak paint on? (can you still even get hold of it?) Does anything special need to be done to the mix, ie thicken/thin it more than spraying etc.

Yes you can roller 2 pak paint, its easy peasy to do Stuart it'll need to be a thin mix though else it'll be a bast to roll!

Use a 4" decorators roller frame, with a foam sleave (used for glossing doors etc) and it'll go on a dream

The roller frame will cost about £1.50, a pack of 10 sleaves should be about £4 (MAX)

Do it day in, day out and you'll soon pick up on how easy it is to get a perfect finish.

Same goes with any paint, not just 2 pack, decorators use rollers to gloss door/large area's and they/me can get it right first time.

sorry mate but rollers do not give as good a finish on gloss work as a good quality brush

Lots of flatting will see to the finish.

It is doable & has been done on cars with great results. If you can offset the low cost with the required effort/time, then its a viable option.
