where can i get these from as i dont want to cut holes in my doors or my newly trimmed door cards

Most car places do them. I've just bought some Alpine ones from Motorworld for 21.99. Supposed to be good, have a good rating and Alpine are quite respectable make.

I bought them mainly though because they have quite a shallow mounting depth, which you will discover is quite important when replacing the dash speakers.
