    my shell has all the plates welded in but i spose a z20let would tear the shell to bits if its not seam welded aswell

    hmm its getting very tempting
    was thinking about the 5 stud conversions from the astra aswell but wouldnt now how to go about it

    Do the seams inside the arches and the chassis legs/rails under the car need seam welding.

    I'd say it depends what you are building the car for. If its track prep then I would do them yes.
