for those of you who have grown up with the internet, before it turned up, you had to rely on the local pub bullsh!tter for rubbish, these days, all someone needs is a photograph, and they can send something global, claiming it as fact. thank god for snopes & similar websites.
it also helps that i've installed bollards like them before, and you have to leave them up to make sure they are level & plumb, then you drop them so you can get the van out...i did see a local council old folks home, where they did fence themselves in... and it was mildly amusing...
