    Default fuse rating

if i have two circuits running 10 amp fuses can i combine the circuits to run off the same power supply and use a 20 amp fuse

yes, but your wiring is rated for 10Amps, hence the fuse.
in a fault situation, expect smoke.

    In theory yeah
Bit dodgy though because if the circuit pulls 18A(it wont blow the 20 fuse obviously), but it would have blown/overheated the fuse/wiring it was designed to run on if you get me.

no my wiring isnt standard. so it is as simple as add up the fuse rating of each circuit and use one of that total

how exactly are you 'combining' the circuits?

just using the same power feed point. basically ive not got enough fuses for circuits. so im gonna take a feed from the same fuse points and increase the fuse rating
