    possibly, but ideally you want a 1.4 carbed dizzy as that will definately fit

    1.4 8v carb vacumm advance dizzy. ok ill go price one of those up.

    14NV I think it is [IIRC C14NZ is the 1.4 SPi], but yes its definately a Bosch item. You will need the coil, leads and amplifier too.

    Probably looking at around £100 for a new dizzy alone. I got mine from Opel Classic Parts [German eBay store].

    ok thank you

    the coil and amp, what do these requie wiring wise? are they hard to wire up?

    im fairly good with electric a simple diagram and im sorted,. i wish i had a nova here to copy from

    MJ ends up costing a lot more though....
    Needs TPS, full EDIS system, custom 36-1 trigger crank wheel, full map etc etc....
    Only the initial ecu cost is cheap


    EDIT-If you have a 1600 8v engine(standard cam), then the 1.2/1.3 dizzys wont fit the cam.
    1.4sr (14nv will)

    penis to wireing in all that. is the megajolt the diy ecu thing ive seen?
    you have to solder it all together?
