theres fuel going from the tank to the fuel rail, is there a way of checking injectors without removing them?

thank you, the fuel lines are correct so, ive not connected up radiator hoses etc yet, would no water in the engine affect it starting?

or any other thoughts on what the issue might be, thanks in advance
