as said before your idea would work by fibreglassing the bumper bar to the bumper.

personally if it was me id drill small holes into the front of the bumper then rivet it to the carriage bar then...

lol epo you'd need to mod a 405 splitter to go onto a nova rear bumper anyway so fitting to 4 inch tailpipes isnt really gon be an issue is it?

you can fit the dash and keep all the vents just requires a bit fiddling. the corsa clocks will fit but as said some use electronic speedos, the 1's from early...

i have a corsa 1.2 airbox you can have for the cost of postage?

its quite clear in here that apart from the c20let there was no stock or kit turbo's available for vauxhall engines hence my very lengthy post...

evil over on migweb sells leds for vauxhalls as ready replacements for the standard lightbulbs

to answer dod shams question to bring a 1.4spi astra engine up to sr spec then you'll need to,

dump the injection for the sr carb and inlet manifold and use the sr coil/dizzy setup

can be done but not with a td manifold you would use a 1.2 manifold and make an adaptor plate to fit the manifold and turbo bit like fitting a webber carb to nova inlet manifold but obviously for the...
