do i use just the standard nova sr gear linkage from the car?

yeah mate....that was one of my threads from a while ago....

its ever since i put in the gearbox spacer plate im struggleing to set them.

then i set them and now its doing this locking up...

bloody nightmare! LOL

spent 5 hours trying to set it on Saturday.

got it right eventually but then it will be ok for a few gear changes but then it like the gear shift completly...

in this pic on the corner on the sump corner.....it gets rubbed by the tie bar by the looks of things.....

where do you fit the ARB lowering blocks?

on under the front cross memeber or instead of having the arb ontop of the bottom arm does it go underneath?

these mounts/spacers both do the same...

right...i think it does slightly!

i know a while ago i put a post on regarding hard to get gears. was a right bugger and 2nd still isnt maybe 100%.

Maybe this could be the problem!!

ive been told i should have a gear box mouting spacer plate (10mm) i havent got one fitted!!

i bought the car half converted.

i have noticed that the anti-roll bar lowering blocks havnt been fitted and the lug on the gear box and the bottom...

all fixed...see how long it last!! AARRHHHH lol

just normal cavvy F20 ones! they not strong enough?
