There is a rule of thumb, the roll center should be higher at the heavier end of the car. But that's not the whole story to be honest as it depends on your weight distribution, suspension travel...

That's actually a good question and to be honest i'm not quite sure either. I will let the intake temperatures decide whether the cooling is sufficient or the intercooler needs to be fed additional...
