the amp is sittin on the back on of the bass box and facing towards the back seat and very close to. not very well ventilated at all to be quite honest. i just been told too, that amps are best flat...

I got a 500watt amp and a 500watt sub. it sounds great but when i turn the head unit a good way up is starts to distort (and i dont have the amp up very high either, if i get this 700 watt sub i seen...

i dont think they can touch ya at day time, traffic makes enough...

me personally id run the 6x9s off the H.U and get a 2 channel amp and bridge it into one channel for the sub

its what i done and sounds very nice

rip it out and get a cheap cd player :p lol

free air subs dont use a box they use the 'free air' in the boot.

smaller subs are for tight hard hitting bass
bigger subs give more of a rumble and not so reponsive

sealed boxes are good for...

my mate and i are doing up a nova diesel for him.

we are wondering if putting a performance backbox on it would be pointless. hes not after performance increase just noise :lol:
