Planning on using omex ignition only ecu and one of there custome looms for use with all sensors etc, will be getting the throttle sensor for the carbs aswell.

How would i get a engineers report? Or is that just a mechanic saying its ok? Rather have it legit than mess around. Don't suppose anyone knows what the old tax was? Guessing around £220??

got all the gaskets and fitted it, it starts but its revving/idieling at 4k! anyway to restart or reset the idle?...

only thing I can't work out is the fuel return? Looked online at some engines with them and some don't seem to have...
