I seen your post on the other forum. When I had running issues my fuel pump relay was getting hot. The one I got in now gets warm but not hot and it runs fine.

I cant say it was the fuel pump...

Id be interested on this as my xe has done the same a number of times. Only drops the coolant when its hot and after the engine is switched off. Comes from under the inlet but all pipes and gaskets...

Depends on gearbox and how you drive, I have a xe cav and I get 30 round town, but I can get high 50's on a motorway

I know about the 3 shaft design, and I've found a pdf with each gear layout(route) and the 6th gear in the f40 takes the same route as the f20, im more thinking of shaft size and number of spines.

Yea found out its the f40 (3.55) I'm looking for.Question is now, can the 6th gears from the f40 fit into a f20? Or is it a case of get one and find out?

I'm looking for a f40w gearbox, only problem is I can't seem to find what car these were fitted to.I've found f40 gearboxes on eBay but it doesn't state if they are wr or cr.Any info would be great :)
