have you got an air lock in the heating system, have you tried running the system throught with fresh antifreeze and water, you may have a slight air lock in the heater matrix

if you wanna do it on a budget go only -40mm for the best in looks, ridability and turning circle. go any lower and your gonna need a few extra pennies for a full kit, as the rest would recommend...

yep and your gonna need a return fuel line off of the gsi too. but as above dont put the carb on it. spend an extra day or 2 it will be worth it.
