I am selling this car as i need to make space at home.
Its a MK2 luxe with a MK1 SR engine and gearbox. 2.0 sierra carb and K & N filter.
Sportex exhaust.
Full OMP roll cage.
Bucket seats...
I dont actually know. I literally put it straight on. I had to tap a few threads into it where they were missing but that was it. If i have to take it apart, ill let you know!
Fitted it and no problems. Even idles at the right speed. Drives fine as well. Slight improvement in performance but not much.
Ill let you know how i get on!
Was yours off a running car? This one was so at least i know im starting with a working carb

Oh. I understood that the racks fitted to corsas were higher geared and therefore needed less turns lock to lock.
Hi. I know theres loads of info about fitting a Corsa B EPS rack to a nova but...
Just to clarify, the corsa one is definitly 2.75 (ish) turns compared to the standard 4?

Well, just mixture and timing. Evidently the person who fitted the cam didnt bother with having it set up.

What i found odd was...
Well, in that case, could the carb need jetting from standard?
Its only been rolling roaded once and came back no different to when it went in.
The other times its been me setting it up....
Its a Kent AST2 ?
I didnt fit it tho, i bought it like it is!
Is it the injection off the 1.4 that fits?

Ive got a 1.3 sr with polished head and uprated cam. It will show 82bhp on a rolling road but cant be set up...
