ive got a vecy 1.8 on 02 plate, the brakes are pants on it the pedal just droped to the floor so i bled it up no air at all so ive changed the master cylinder bled it up and have a decent pedal now...

just done a live data recording from opcom is my car running right? it really dont feel like it ive noticed the invalied pedal position coming up a few times on the print out ... any ideas ?

as ive a vecy lump here and no way of picking a new 1.8 up plus as you lot pointed out might as well mod the 2.0l as its a better starting point that the 1.8 is got a feeling theres no definate...

brand new coil pack had no fault codes stored prior to fitting new pack and non stored after was fitted either

ok just checked codes and i have :
p0170 (2) lean exhaust
p0303 (1) cyl 3 miss fire
p0302 (1) cyl 2 miss fire
p0325 (8) Knock sensor 1 circit no signal
p0500 (8) vechicle speed sensor...

i have right though on number 1 cylinder and is been like that for months and had no problems with it ??

Checked all pipes on inlet side nothink being sucked back in ? how can i test the lamber sensor or what am i looking for on the opcom ?

as above fault code cleared it using opcom keeps coming back , what do i need fit to kill it z18xe lump, also anyway around the key pass code to reset the ecu ?

the most you can skim down depends on the maximum thickness of the head gasket. if you look at your old gasket it has cuts on it 1 cut or no cut is the factory gasket, 2 cut is after a 1st skim and...

^^^^ as the man says its easyer just to drill and tap it your self you i used a threaded air line hose and just push the tube over the end and ran it to a catch tank mounted on the inner wing worked...
