Just double checked ... copied an iTunes purchased track from the directory over onto my phone. It is playing in winamp (Katy Perry, Teenage Dream ... yes i could have picked a better one lol). And...

You cant drag FROM iTunes ... ie click the album art in itunes and drag to the phones folder in my computer... but, you can drag and drop from the source folder where the music files are saved. ...
