Well the car came with tapered shafts, which are crap don't use them!

I thought they were big block shafts when I bought the car 2 years ago, as the tapered bit is hidden by the outer CV boot,...

Remember all nova driveshafts are the same, except some GTE's have 22 splines not 28

A few people have told me they run their LET (2.0 16v turbo) powered novas with nova driveshafts, F20 gearboxes...

Passenger side only pref with outer cv attached, don't need inner cv.

Yeah normally aspirated, if you turbo a standard 1.6i you get 150bhp.

My next nova is gonna be front engined rear wheel drive hopefully building it in march. Prob gonna put a 450bhp LET engine...

Just whack the 2.0 16v XE engine in for instant 150bhp! Boost valve filter and exhaust makes mine about 160 and hits the limiter in fifth @ 145mph!

Don't forget the nova is MUCH lighter than...

I bought Dan16v's Rollcentre cage and yeah it's VERY tight up the pillars and up against the roof.

They're supposed to be like that so if you roll it the shell can't gain momentum before it hits...
