Yea that charge cooler rad would be better a lot thinner and a lot bigger to get more air across a thinner larger area, nice work fitting the chargecooler in there though, looks a tight fit!

Is that pinion one piece with the shaft?
You would need the shaft making with the CW if so, the teeth Geo's will change for the tooth count
Are those brake pressure sensors? Take it you've mounted them up there due to lack of space with the cover plate on?

Got a 45/60 in my hillclimb car and really like it compared to a 90, can really feel the diff fighting on decel, 45 will be interesting but the high preload should subdue it a little
