The lime green wire is the standard rev counter wire colour. Easiest way to get power to it is make sure to find a 12v power supply at the coil when ignition is on. Using a spade terminal on that...

If on the back of the dial set, on the rev counter side there is a terminal for spade terminal.
Find end of the green/black wire in ur pic (check for 12v power) .. Crimp a spade terminal on the end...
