Iv Checked the earth on the plug and its fine its the red wire whats dead

Played around with all the relays and still nothing

Well fitted the z20let its all done

Go to start it and the fuek pump dont kick in

If i wire the fuel pump to the battery it starts and runs fine

If i re plug it in to the car's wiring...

Hi iv finished the z20let conversion

Everything works

Apart from this problem

Iv got everything now tank lines etc

A part from the exhaust but my 1.8 astra has a bigger and better straight through

Will that fit on the z20let manifold

Any one knows would be great...

Right so even if i brought a z20let/gsi tank it wont go on my car

Just thought the tanks mite all be the same just the astra what have 1 fuel line the 2nd fuel line hole mite be capped of or some...

Got it all apart from the fuel tank cant find one as the seller's won't post it as its had fuel in it


Looked about and nothing


So cant start it...

Do I have to change the dash loom engine will be here tomorrow

The tank has been cut to dean the fuel out and the car has all ready been cut in half ready he did say last week only had the time to look in to it

Can I buy this extra fuel line

Its the wiring what's bugging me but if its unplug and plug new one back in makes me feel better ;)

Edit will my exhaust still fit as its a stanless all the way through...

I can do it just worried im going to need loads of parts or it Dont fit etc

Get on he's case want all the car lol
