That's ok, it'll be a good week or two before I can purchase any items anyway.
If you could that would be amazing. I'll probably take it off your hands if it does. Cheers.
Is this a direct fit to a nova. What car is it from? At 30quid plus postage that may actually tidy up the rear end perfectly until I can get a full system made up.
Yeah had my eye on a couple on the old ebay. Main colours are the standard metallic red and a Vauxhall anthracite colour so I might grab a red one and just stick it on to dress the bay a little bit....
Ok cool. I'm just weighing up options at the mo. I'm half tempted to see infinity in Bristol and just have one built to suit.
Well I was in the workshop trying to get the car running after rebuilding the inlet side of the 1.2. For me it was urgent and simple for many to answer I imagine.
So thank you to those who have...
As a nova newbie I'd love a target date to have finished the project by.
Yeah I think I'll just do the same. It's easier for me that way lol.
Hi all.
Fitted a dmtl to my 1.2 8v.
I have an aftermarket air filter to go on top. What do I do with the crankcase breather pipe originally plumbed into the standard frying pan filter? Can I...
That sounds half decent. Do you have any pictures?
Hi All,
Looking for a Nova back box or full system to fit.
Currently drive a 1.2 8v so anything to suit that would be ideal.
Based in gloucestershire although can travel relatively well to...
A fella at Webcon got back to me suggesting the X on the diagram means front of the engine bay not front of the cabin. In which case its in the right direction as pictured.
But I have seen pics...
Hi All,
I am looking for some urgent help with the DMTL 32/34 on a 1.2 Nova.
So far I have fitted the inlet manifold from a 1.3 which went on a treat. I have now sat the Carb onto the manifold...
After much debate with the Mrs and my work colleagues. Apparently cars should have female names. As a result feel free to provide me suggestions so I can rename Timothy in line with his sex change....
Not enough 5 doors in here. But a nice collection all the same. Lol
Finally some new plates have arrived. I'm excited to get these fitted. Should finish off the front nicely [emoji16]

Finally patched up and protected.

And now all springs are done. Looks much better IMO. Currently working on the rust patches currently hidden by black crap....
So finally fitted the rear springs and I think it's the right choice.
60mm drop and I think it's just about right. Also got enough room to play with so that I can stick some spacers on and bring...
Bought a 1.3 inlet. Great item well packaged. Great comms and genuinely good guy to deal with.
Appreciate the help.
Thanks
Tom
Bought some springs. The delivery process was hindered by some bint in a shop but James kept me updated and couldn't apologise enough.
Great seller and item well packaged and received with...
Thanks mate.
I have considered spending on the current. A second may mean 2 streams of cash out and my daily is galaxy with a 2l petrol so it's not exactly cheap lol.
Perhaps making my current nova immaculate...
Awesome piece of advice. Thank you. Took it to the old mans workshop on Friday night to do the cambelt, water pump and so on. Changed brake fluid as the tester indicated water was present.
